Intake pipelines, governance frameworks, shared standards, cross-team alignment — the operational layer that most people don't see but everyone feels when it's missing.At Amazon Games, I was one of two founding members of the internal inclusive design operations function — building it from the ground up and scaling it across multiple teams and studios.
